Jessica Chastain is terrifying in the trailer for Other Mommy, the 2026 horror film based on Josh Malerman’s Incidents Around the House. Indeed, her initial appearance as the titular monster struck fear in the hearts of moviegoers seeing the trailer ahead of The Odyssey this summer. Unfortunately, the footage shown in that first look is about as scary as Other Mommy gets.
