'Good Omens 3' Review: This Troubled Neil Gaiman Series Deserved a Better Send-Off

Prime Video’sGood Omensis finally coming to a conclusion, and admittedly, it’s surprising that fans are getting anything at all. Following the allegations against Neil Gaiman, who co-wrote the 1990 fantasy novel of the same name with the late Terry Pratchett, Amazon almost scrapped the third season entirely. Yes, Good Omens 3 was supposed to get six episodes, like the two seasons before it, but instead, the streamer settled on a 90-minute special to tie narrative loose ends. On the marketing front, there’s been little fanfare from Amazon, and understandably so. It’s unfortunate that an adaptation so beloved across the globe is going out, to quote T.S. Eliot, “Not with a bang but a whimper.”
