AEW just revealed its newest addition to the company in Buddy Matthews, who debuted during tonight’s AEW Dynamite, but it seems there is another addition coming to the company soon. While not officially confirmed by AEW, it seems former WWE superstar Jeff Hardy is headed to All Elite Wrestling very soon, as the star said he was headed to the company in an interview posted backstage at one of his concerts. In an interview backstage with Jared Myers, Hardy talked about teaming up with his brother and then said “I’m going to AEW” and that “he’s so excited”. He also added he’s nervous and excited, so it seems he will be debuting sooner rather than later.
Now, as for the when this happens, we still aren’t sure, and after Tony Khan clarified his “massive” announcement coming, that doesn’t seem likely to be referring to Hardy or any signing really, as it seems more business-related. So, it remains to be seen when Hardy actually debuts, but he does seem headed to AEW.
